Good communication skills in Arabic and English.
Have good knowledge in making holiday itineraries & groups.
Inbound & Outbound package skills and good knowledge about land arrangements, Flight bookings, attractions, tours & hotel bookings.
Being able to multitask effectively to complete all tasks on time, maximizing productivity.
Liaising with suppliers and partners for the services details, contracts and rates.
Preparing and sending local and international trip proposals to clients.
Organizing travels from beginning to end, including tickets, accommodation, Tours, insurance and transportation.
Liaising with airlines, land arrangers and suppliers/partners for contracts and rates
Follow up on payments and documents.
Maintaining database on clients and maintain relationships with key persons
Sending promotional sms/email campaigns to clients in database.
Use promotional techniques and prepare promotional materials to sell itinerary tour packages
Handle unforeseen problems and complaints and determine eligibility for money returns
Diagnose the clients\xe2\x80\x99 specifications and wishes and suggest suitable travel packages or services
Attend conferences to maintain familiarity with tourism trends
Create and update electronic records of clients.
Maintain relationships with key persons.
Keep financial statements and documents.
Reach the revenue and profit targets.
