Consult clients to understand their travel needs and preferences
Design and sell customized international and domestic holiday packages
Handle end-to-end holiday bookings including hotels, tours, transfers, and activities
Prepare professional quotations and follow up to close sales
Coordinate with suppliers, DMCs, and hotels for best rates and availability
Maintain accurate records in CRM and ensure timely follow-ups
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to team revenue goals
Provide excellent pre- and post-travel customer support
Requirements:
3-5 years of proven experience as a Holiday Consultant or similar role
Strong knowledge of global destinations, especially Europe, Asia, and the Middle East
Experience in selling customized and luxury holiday packages
Excellent communication, negotiation, and sales skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Proficient in travel booking systems and MS Office
Candidates currently based in the UAE will be preferred
