We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced

Travel & Holiday Consultant

to join our Dubai team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about travel, confident in selling holiday packages, and skilled at crafting tailored itineraries that align with client preferences and budgets.

Key Responsibilities:

Understand client travel needs and recommend suitable holiday packages (FIT & Group). Create customized itineraries, price quotes, and travel proposals for various destinations. Handle inquiries for flights, hotels, transfers, activities, insurance, and visas. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of global destinations, travel trends, visa rules, and airline promotions. Coordinate with suppliers, DMCs, and internal teams for bookings and confirmations. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business. Manage booking processes from inquiry to post-travel follow-up. Achieve monthly sales targets and deliver excellent customer service.

Requirements:

Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar travel consultant or sales role. Strong knowledge of international destinations, airline fares, and hotel products. Proficiency in GDS systems (Amadeus/Sabre/Galileo) and travel CRM tools. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Sales-driven with a customer-first mindset. Ability to work independently and as part of a fast-paced team
