Job Description

As a Holiday Homes Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and expert guidance to clients seeking holiday home rentals. Your role involves understanding clients\' preferences, identifying suitable properties, and ensuring a seamless booking process. This position requires a strong knowledge of the holiday rental market, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with property owners and clients. Key Responsibilities: 1. Client Consultation: Conduct thorough consultations with clients to understand their holiday preferences, budget, and specific requirements and Provide personalized recommendations based on client needs, ensuring a memorable holiday experience. 2. Property Identification: Stay updated on the latest trends and offerings in the holiday home rental market, Identify and curate a portfolio of high-quality holiday homes that align with client expectations. 3. Property Inspections: Conduct property inspections to ensure the quality, cleanliness, and amenities meet company standards and client expectations, Document and maintain detailed property profiles for accurate client recommendations. 4. Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with property owners, ensuring a collaborative and positive working partnership, Address client inquiries promptly and provide timely updates on the status of bookings. 5. Booking Coordination: Facilitate the booking process, including negotiation of terms and agreements between clients and property owners, Coordinate with the reservations team to ensure accurate and efficient booking transactions. 6. Market Analysis: Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and pricing strategies to stay competitive and enhance the company\'s value proposition. 7. Marketing and Promotion: Contribute to the development of marketing materials and promotional campaigns to attract new clients and property owners, Utilize digital platforms and social media to showcase holiday home offerings. Qualifications: - Bachelor\'s degree in hospitality, business, or a related field (preferred). - Proven experience in the holiday rental or real estate industry. - Excellent communication and negotiation skills. - Strong organizational and time-management abilities. - Familiarity with vacation destinations and travel trends. - Proficient in using booking and reservation systems.
