We are currently seeking a talented, enthusiastic Holiday Consultant to join our team. This individual will be responsible for creating unforgettable holiday experiences for our clients and driving our commitment to excellent customer service
Responsibilities
Act as a primary point of contact for customers, managing their holiday inquiries and bookings, ensuring a high standard of customer service at all times.
Inbound operation and Hotel booking reservation is mandatory.
Detailed knowledge on Booking tool.
Assist in the design and implementation of promotional campaigns.
Admin assistant / Documentation support is an added advantage.
Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years of experience in the travel and tourism industry or Hotel industry is mandatory.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Proficiency in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
Proficient in MS Office suite and familiar with CRM systems.
A degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field is is a plus
