Job title: Workshop Controller HMSS (Component Maintenance) Location: Oman Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 depending on skills and experience Referral: £500 Grade: GG08

What you'll be doing: · Maintaining airworthiness by resolving faults and maintenance issues, including configuration management, and by certifying the serviceability (or otherwise) of aircraft components and the signing of appropriate certifying documentation · Ensure that all contracted maintenance has been properly carried out in accordance with the Statement of Work · Responsible for the workplace standards in the workshop environment · Responsible for meeting agreed delivery targets in the short to medium term through the supervision of others · Training of RAFO · Responsible for ensuring robust adherence to the Service Safety Hazard controls relating to the contributory causes to the output of incorrectly/incompletely maintained components.

Your skills and experiences:

Essential: · Significant practical experience applying aviation safety standards and operating practices · Relevant work experience as an Operator within the aircraft maintenance component environment · Demonstrating breadth of experience, currency & recency via Log Book capturing skills, knowledge, and authorities for working on Aircraft or in bays

Desirable: · A comprehensive knowledge of Acceptable Means of Compliance, Management training · Relevant, recent experience of HMSS
