Are you a sales-driven professional with a passion for leading high-performing teams? Join our growing banking sales division in Dubai!

Requirements:



Minimum 2 years banking sales experience in UAE

1 year team management experience is an advantage

Strong leadership & communication skills

South Asian candidates preferred

Role:



Lead, coach & mentor a team of credit card sales executives

Achieve sales targets & drive business growth

Ensure excellent customer relationship management
