What we're looking for:
5-10+ years successful UAE real estate experience
Strong leadership with an active, high-performing sales team
Deep knowledge of off-plan & secondary markets
Strong developer relationships (Sobha, Emaar, Damac, etc.)
Ability to drive revenue, structure processes & elevate performance
