We are urgently hiring for one of our reputed Facility Management clients based in Abu Dhabi, Position - MEP Supervisor Experience - Minimum 5 years of UAE experience in a Facility Management industry required Salary - AED 3,500/- to 4,500/- + Accommodation + Transportation Joining - Immediate Job Responsibilities
- To supervise the Maintenance team on the daily operation.
- Ensure planned Maintenance Tasks are carried out as per the annual plan and schedules.
- Verify the documentation and reports submitted by the team.
- Provide internal training to the team.
- Monitor the day-to-day operational issues.
- Submit required reports to the Engineers.
- Monitor spare parts, tools, and equipment required to execute the maintenance work.
- Coordinate with the suppliers/vendors and prepare quotations
- Ensure the tasks are completed within the response time based on priorities and carried out following the safety regulations and requirements at all times.
- Bachelors/Diploma
- Minimum 5 years of UAE experience in a similar role is MANDATORY
- Previous experience in Facility Management Industry required
- Excellent Communication Skills required
- Knowledge of costing and quotation preparation required
- Candidates on Visit Visa/Canceled Visa who are ready to join immediately only need to apply
