Bright Smile Medical Center is looking for a

motivated and organized Office Assistant

to join our administrative team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling day-to-day office tasks, supporting management, and ensuring smooth operations in the workplace.

Responsibilities:



Perform general administrative and clerical duties. Prepare and manage correspondence, reports, and documents. Handle phone calls and emails professionally. Maintain organized records and filing systems. Assist in scheduling, data entry, and coordination tasks.

Qualifications:



Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken)

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word &Excel)

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Professional attitude and attention to detail. Previous administrative experience is an advantage.
