motivated and organized Office Assistant
to join our
Human Resources Department
.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative and clerical support to the HR department.
Maintain employee records, files, and documentation.
Assist with onboarding, attendance tracking, and leave management.
Handle correspondence, data entry, and general office coordination.
Support HR activities such as recruitment, employee engagement, and compliance.
Requirements:
Previous experience in administrative or HR support roles (healthcare experience is an advantage).
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to multitask and maintain confidentiality.
Positive attitude and professional presentation.
