Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in complex datasets related to projects, programs, and portfolios.
Develop and maintain dashboards using
Power BI
, highlighting key performance indicators with a focus on risks, issues, and overall performance metrics.
Review the budgeting process, monitor cost tracking, and assess project cash flow.
Identify underperformance in a timely manner, analyze root causes, and recommend appropriate mitigation strategies.
Communicate effectively with relevant stakeholders to ensure proper engagement and the successful delivery of the portfolio.
