Planning Engineer (Long-Term Outsourcing Opportunity)
Location: Oman
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in civil engineering
Minimum 10 years of supervision experience
Strong background in building construction (High-rise preferred)
GCC experience required; Oman experience is a plus
Prior work with consultancy firms
Proven knowledge of Extension of Time (EOT) claims
Ready to join within 2 weeks
