Office Manager / Secretary
to oversee office operations and provide administrative support. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth daily workflow, assist management, and maintain a well-structured office environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Preferably with experience in e-publishing or e-design.
Prepare reports, presentations, and documents as required.
Manage daily office operations and maintain efficiency.
Act as the main point of contact for internal staff, clients, and visitors.
Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence professionally.
Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Maintain electronic and paper filing systems.
Manage office supplies and place orders as necessary.
Assist in budget tracking, invoices, and expense reports.
Ensure adherence to company policies and maintain confidentiality.
Support HR functions including onboarding, leave management, and employee records.
Coordinate special projects and office events.
Communicate with the landlord regarding any office issues or small inconveniences.
Communicate with suppliers when necessary to ensure smooth office operations.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field preferred.
Proven experience as an Office Manager, Secretary, or in an administrative role.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software.
Excellent organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
Professional demeanor with strong interpersonal abilities.
