Floor Manager (Vehicle Service Division)



Preferred Qualifications & Requirements:



Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Automotive Technology.

Minimum 3-5 years of GCC experience in a similar role within a multi-brand garage.

Good knowledge of workshop management, customer handling, and job allocation.

Computer literacy (job cards, invoicing, workshop software).

Strong communication skills in English (Arabic knowledge preferred).

Valid Qatar Driving License (mandatory).

Responsibilities of Floor Incharge:


Lead and oversee the daily workshop operations.

Assign jobs to technicians and monitor task progress.

Conduct test drives of customer vehicles to identify and confirm complaints.

Coordinate effectively between customers and technicians for smooth workflow.

Coordinate with counter staff for timely arrangement of spare parts.

Ensure workshop cleanliness, safety, and discipline across the premises.

Prepare and submit daily activity reports to the Garage Manager.

Monitor work quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
