Finance Manager

Age:

Below 52 years old

Work Schedule:

8:00 AM - 6:00 PM, 5 days per week

Work Location:

Corporate Office - The Commercial Avenue Industrial Area Road, Doha, Qatar

Minimum Experience:

15-20 years in contracting, trading, or manufacturing industries

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Planning & Strategy

Develop, implement, and monitor budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans. Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to senior management. Conduct financial analysis, scenario modeling, and performance reviews.

Accounting & Reporting

Oversee accounting operations ensuring accuracy and compliance with local regulations. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with IFRS. Manage audits and liaise with external auditors and regulatory authorities.

Cash Flow & Treasury Management

Monitor cash flow, liquidity, and working capital to maintain operational stability. Manage banking relationships, treasury operations, and investment strategies. Ensure optimal allocation of financial resources.

Compliance & Risk Management

Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and corporate policies. Maintain internal controls and risk management processes. Oversee corporate tax, VAT, and financial documentation requirements.

Leadership & Team Management

Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team to ensure high performance. Collaborate with other departments to drive financial discipline and efficiency.

Business Advisory

Provide financial guidance for strategic initiatives, projects, and investments. Evaluate financial performance and ROI of projects and business operations. Support management in mergers, acquisitions, or business expansion plans.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Relevant finance/accounting qualification; professional certification preferred. Minimum

15-20 years of experience

in contracting, trading, or manufacturing industries. Experience handling turnovers of

QAR 100 million or more

. Experience in

home country and/or GCC

acceptable. Strong knowledge of

IFRS, corporate finance, budgeting, and financial reporting

. Proficient in

ERP systems

(SAP, Oracle, or similar) and

MS Excel

. Excellent leadership, analytical, and strategic decision-making skills.
