Job Description

ELV Draftsman

Department:

Engineering / Design

Job Type:

Full-Time / Contract - 3months

Reports To:

ELV Design Engineer / Project Manager

Qualifications and Skills:



Diploma / ITI in Electrical / Electronics Engineering or related field. 2-5 years of proven experience as an

ELV Draftsman

. Proficient in

AutoCAD

; knowledge of

Revit

,

Navisworks

, or other BIM tools is an advantage. Good understanding of

ELV systems, symbols, and design practices

. Familiarity with

international standards

related to ELV (e.g., NFPA, SIRA, BS, IEC). Ability to read and interpret

technical drawings and specifications

. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:



Previous experience working in

construction, MEP contracting

, or

consultancy firms

. Familiarity with

BIM coordination

and

clash detection tools

. Experience with

site coordination

and

field mark-ups

. With Valid Qatar id and able to join immediate
