Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily accounting activities including AP/AR, bank reconciliation, and general ledger management.
Prepare monthly financial statements, P&L, balance sheets, and cash flow reports.
Monitor budgets, forecasts, and expense controls.
Ensure compliance with VAT/tax regulations and coordinate with auditors.
Maintain strong internal controls and improve financial processes.
Collaborate with management for strategic financial planning.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
3-5 years of relevant accounting or finance experience.
Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
Proficient in MS Excel and accounting/ERP software.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Retail experience is an added advantage.
