Hiring Multi-skilled Technician (Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, General Maintenance work)

We are seeking a highly skilled and reliable Multi-Skill Technician to join our growing technical services team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience across multiple trades, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general maintenance, with a strong focus on delivering quality service to residential and commercial clients.

Key Responsibilities

Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance for residential and commercial properties.

Diagnose, repair, and install systems related to:

Electrical works:

wiring, sockets, lighting, small troubleshooting.

Plumbing works:

leak repairs, pipe fittings, sanitary installations.

HVAC:

AC servicing, filter replacement, troubleshooting, minor repairs

General maintenance:

carpentry, painting, handyman works.

Respond to service calls in a timely and professional manner.

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company quality standards at all times.

Provide accurate job completion reports and feedback to the operations team.

Work independently or as part of a team, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.

Qualifications & Skills

Minimum

3-5 years of experience in the UAE

in a similar role (home maintenance, FM, or technical services).

ITI/Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical/Plumbing (or equivalent technical training).

Valid UAE driving license (preferred but not mandatory).

Multi-trade skill set with proven track record.

Ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve independently.

Strong communication and customer service skills.

Flexible, reliable, and able to work under pressure.

Preferred Experience

Previous employment with leading FM or technical services companies in the UAE.

Knowledge of preventive maintenance schedules and AMC (Annual Maintenance Contracts).

Good English communication skills (speaking, reading, writing).
