Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems Drafting and administering contracts, solutions and decisions for employees Registration and deregistration of employees in the Agency Keeping records of annual leave and working hours Implementing and improving the Onboarding program for new employees Assisting in the employee management process and monitoring KPIs Organization of training and preparation of an employee development plan Active role in the recruitment and selection process of candidates Monitoring and coordination of HR and legal processes specific to the medical sector (compliance with regulations, licenses, standards and procedures)

Job Requirements




Higher Education - Human Resources, Law, Economist Previous work experience in human resources and/or legal practice since graduation - an advantage Areas of work: Labor relations, Contracts and legal acts, Business law, Employee strategy development

Required abilities and skills:





Good communication skills Precision A motivated and stable person Flexibility for individual and team work
