Local Hiring in Kuwait & Transferrable Ahli Visa 18 only. HIRING FOR A RESTAURANT SPECIALISED IN ITALIAN & WESTERN CUISINE. Should have 8 years of excellent experience & knowledge in Italian & Western Food. Job Role:
- Responsible for the overall smooth running inside the kitchen.
- Responsible for recipe quality assurance , Submit late arrivals, early departures and overtime of the kitchen staff to the Operations Manager.
- Proper supervision of kitchen staff and submit and monthly appraisal of full kitchen team.
- Strict regarding following recipes.
- Strict on reduction and elimination of waste.
- Maintain Kitchen hygiene.
- Knowledge in Quality Assurance.
- Team management skills , Leadership skills.
- ITALIAN & WESTERN CUISINE: 8 years (Required)
