Minimum 7+ years of Experience in Oil & Gas & Construction field. Handle full-cycle recruitment for various positions across departments. Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and shortlist qualified candidates. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate profiles. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for current and future needs. Strong interviewing, screening, and evaluation skills. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
