As a Crew Member, you will play a key role in delivering excellent customer service, maintaining high food quality standards, and ensuring cleanliness and safety in the store. You will work in a fast-paced environment, handling food preparation, customer orders, and store upkeep to enhance the overall guest experience.
Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Take customer orders and process payments accurately.
Prepare and serve food and beverages in accordance with established standards.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the dining and service areas.
Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries or concerns.
Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Previous experience in the food service industry is a plus.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness and food safety.
Flexibility to work on weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.
Willing to be assigned to any store in UAE.
