We are seeking

experienced and motivated Secondary Market Real Estate Agents

to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Dubai's property market, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to close resale and ready property deals efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:



Handle client inquiries for

ready and resale properties

across Dubai. Conduct property viewings, negotiate offers, and close successful deals. Build and maintain a strong database of buyers, sellers, and landlords. Provide market insights and property valuations to clients. Coordinate with the marketing and admin teams for listing promotions. Stay updated on property laws, market trends, and competitor activities. Ensure all documentation, contracts, and payments are processed accurately.

Requirements:



Minimum

1 year of experience

in Dubai's

secondary market

(sales or leasing). Strong communication and client management skills. RERA Certification (preferred or willing to obtain). Valid UAE Driving License and car (preferred). Self-motivated, target-driven, and passionate about real estate. Proficiency in CRM tools and online listing platforms (Bayut, Property Finder, Dubizzle, etc.).
