Job Title: Asphalt Engineer

Location: Habshan, Abu Dhabi, UAE

Job Type: Full-time

Experience Required: 3-4 years (UAE experience mandatory)

Salary: AED 5,000 - 6,000 per month

Immediate Joiner Preferred

We are currently hiring a qualified Asphalt Engineer for our ongoing infrastructure projects in Habshan, Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate must have 3-4 years of relevant experience in asphalt works, particularly within the UAE.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise asphalt paving and road construction activities on-site.*
Review asphalt mix designs, quality control test reports, and ensure compliance with UAE standards (e.g., ADM, RTA).*
Conduct field inspections for compaction, layer thickness, temperature, and surface finish.*
Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and site engineers to maintain timelines and quality.*
Monitor asphalt performance and troubleshoot technical issues as needed.*
Prepare technical reports, site documentation, and maintain daily records.*
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental protocols.*

Qualifications and Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline.*
3-4 years of UAE experience in asphalt engineering, road construction, or related infrastructure works.*
Strong understanding of UAE regulations and specifications for road construction.*
Familiarity with asphalt mix designs, material testing, and quality control processes.*
Excellent communication and coordination skills.*
Ready to relocate Habshan, Abu Dhabi*
