Candidate Should have the knowledge of the below requirements :
Mechanical Design
AC Layout
Ventilation Layout
*Smoke Management Layout
Heat load Calculation using HAP
Water Supply Layout
*Drainage Layout
Firefighting Layout
*Telephone Layout
*Can do and prepare submissions for Trakheees, DM, DCD
*Knowledge of Empower, EMICOOL, and Dubai Municipality rules and regulations
