Operations and Business Process

Assist rig supervisor to ensure compliance with AlMansoori HSEQ MS Policies & Procedures. Obtain management approval before any deviation from the meant procedures

Monitoring and coaching personnel at their work site to ensure that COGs, SOP, other safe work practices and controls discussed in JSA meeting are implemented

Stopping any job if it appears unsafe or if the job is not going according to Work plan, JSA.

Participate in the PDF & BSA programs. Monitor crew members utilization / implementation of the same programs and coach as appropriate

upload Rig crew PDF cards on AlMansoori Website and report the ones with high potential to the HSEQ Team Leader

Issue a Corrective / Preventive Action Report for any unsafe conditions and/or substandard practices and obtain action plan from Rig Supervisor. Follow up with the action plan until closed

Report & Maintain updated Rig Specific Master Corrective / Preventive Action Register with all captured action points resulted from HSEQ Walkabout, Site Inspections, Incidents, Audits, client concerns, etc. and ensure all action are closed out within time manners

Assure immediate notification of all incidents to Rig Supervisor, and communicated to the Management

Ensure emergency procedures are communicated to all rig crews and discussed during each JSA / Pre tour meetings. Assist rig supervisor in emergency cases and provide gaudiness as per the ERP

Assist in Incident Investigation process by securing the place of events, gathering all related evidences/records/documents, maintain photos for the accident scene from different angles and all involved tool/equipment/evidences

Participate and present Safety information in Company and Client HSEQ meeting

Ensure that daily, weekly and monthly HSEQ reports are sent on time

Arrange rig Equipment's and crew members training certificates and other documents and ensure that all required certificates are available at the rig site

Ensure that all equipment certificates are valid; follow up with Rig Supervisor to ensure that due to expire certificate is renewed before being expired.
