Job Responsibilities

Provide safe, compassionate, and professional nursing care to patients undergoing hemodialysis at home. Operate, monitor, and maintain dialysis equipment as per protocols. Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans for dialysis patients. Monitor vital signs, patient responses, and manage complications during dialysis treatment. Educate patients and families on dialysis care, diet, and medication compliance. Maintain accurate and timely nursing documentation. Ensure compliance with DOH regulations, infection control, and patient safety standards. Collaborate with physicians, healthcare professionals, and caregivers for continuity of care.

Job Requirements

Valid

DOH license

as Dialysis Registered Nurse (mandatory). Minimum 2-3 years of experience in hemodialysis nursing. Strong knowledge of dialysis procedures, infection control, and patient safety. Excellent communication and patient care skills. Ability to work independently and adapt to patient-specific needs. Compassionate, detail-oriented, and reliable.
