Job Responsibilities:
Assist skilled workers on-site with construction tasks
Loading, unloading, and moving materials and equipment
Maintain cleanliness and organization at the work area
Follow safety instructions and company guidelines
Support additional duties as assigned by supervisors
Requirements:
Physically fit and able to work in outdoor/site environments
Willingness to learn and support team tasks
Basic communication skills (Hindi/Urdu/English)
UAE/GCC experience is a plus but not mandatory
