Supervise and lead construction site workforce
Monitor daily site operations and ensure timely completion of work
Ensure adherence to safety standards & project quality requirements
Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and workers
Prepare daily progress reports and update management
Ensure proper usage of materials and tools
Requirements:
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in construction (UAE experience preferred)
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to read and understand drawings & instructions
Knowledge of HSE guidelines and site regulations
