Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and hardworking Helper to support various operations within our manufacturing unit. The ideal candidate will assist in multiple tasks, ensuring smooth workflow and maintaining cleanliness, safety, and efficiency in the workplace
Roles & Responsibilities
Material Handling: Move, load, and unload raw materials, packaging supplies, and finished products.

Packing & Stock Management: Assist in packing, labeling, and organizing stock as per production requirements.

Workplace Maintenance: Ensure cleanliness and hygiene in the work area by following sanitation and safety guidelines.

Document Handling: Perform filing, scanning, and safe disposal of documents as required.

Logistics Support: Help in delivering items to designated locations within the facility.

Inventory Assistance: Assist in stock-taking and maintaining accurate records.

Ad-hoc Tasks: Perform additional duties as assigned to support production and operational efficiency.

KPIs

1. Task Completion Accuracy and Timeliness

Ensure 100% of assigned tasks (material handling, packing, logistics support) are completed accurately and within designated timeframes each month.

2. Workplace Hygiene & Safety Compliance

Maintain 100% adherence to daily cleaning checklists and safety protocols, with zero safety violations or hygiene-related incidents reported monthly.

3. Inventory and Document Handling Accuracy

Achieve at least 98% accuracy in stock support activities (e.g., assisting in stock-taking, labeling) and proper documentation handling (filing, scanning, disposal) without discrepancies.
Work experience requirement

1-2 Years Prior experience in a food manufacturing or warehouse environment is a plus.
