Assist technicians in the installation, repair, and maintenance of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
Carry, load, and unload tools, materials, and equipment at the site.
Prepare work areas by cleaning, arranging tools, and ensuring materials are ready.
Support wiring work, pipe installations, ducting, and other MEP tasks under supervision.
Help in fixing brackets, supports, conduits, and basic fittings.
Follow instructions from supervisors and skilled technicians.
Maintain cleanliness and safety at the worksite.
Perform basic manual labor tasks such as cutting, drilling, and measuring when instructed.
Ensure all work is performed in line with safety standards and company procedures.
Qualifications & Skills
High school education or equivalent (optional).
Previous experience in construction or MEP work is an advantage.
Basic understanding of tools used in mechanical, electrical, and plumbing work.
Physically fit to perform manual work.
Ability to follow instructions, work in a team, and carry out tasks safely.
Preferably with a UAE driving license.
Working Conditions
Work is performed at construction sites or maintenance locations.
May require overtime, weekend work, or extended hours depending on project needs.
Must follow all PPE and safety requirements.
