We are looking for dependable and hardworking individuals to join our team as

Construction Helpers

. In this role, you will support skilled workers across various construction and maintenance activities, helping ensure efficient and safe operations at the worksite.

Job Responsibilities:

Assist skilled workers with a wide range of construction and maintenance tasks. Transport tools, equipment, and materials to and from designated work areas. Prepare, organize, and arrange materials for ongoing projects. Perform basic labor duties such as lifting, carrying, and setting up tools or equipment. Maintain cleanliness and safety at the worksite while adhering to safety guidelines. Help with setting up and dismantling work areas as needed. Support general tasks including mixing materials, cleaning, and handling equipment. Carry out tasks assigned by supervisors or senior staff. Ensure tools and equipment are cleaned, maintained, and properly stored after use. Work cooperatively with team members to ensure tasks are completed on time and to required standards.

Qualifications, Experience & Skills:

Prior experience as a helper in construction or maintenance is an advantage but not mandatory. Ability to follow instructions and work effectively within a team. Physically fit and able to handle manual labor, including lifting heavy items. Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining an orderly work environment. Good communication skills and a willingness to learn. Must have a valid QID and NOC to work in Qatar.
