Helpdesk Operator
Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Helpdesk Operator (Male) to join our Facilities Management team. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for service requests, efficiently logging, tracking, and coordinating responses to ensure timely resolution and client satisfaction. This role operates on a rotating shift schedule, including night shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
