Provide advice, services and answer questions related to the company's internal systems, including Applications and via telephone and online channels. Analyze, troubleshoot, and assist with the use of internal company systems, including various support equipment, to ensure smooth operations. Record, summarize, and follow up on reported issues until they are closed or resolved. Study and understand the system's work processes and workflows to support staff effectively.

Job Requirements






Bachelor's degree in Business Computer, Information Technology, or related field. Have 1-5 years of experience working in Helpdesk or IT Support. Able to resolve internal system issues and provide support to users.
