Role Overview:



We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented

Help Desk Officer

to join our dynamic support team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance and will play a crucial role in maintaining customer satisfaction through effective problem-solving and communication.

Responsibilities:



Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing timely and accurate information Diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity Document and track customer interactions in our support ticketing system, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date Escalate complex issues to senior support staff or relevant departments as necessary Assist in the development of knowledge base articles and user manuals to improve self-service support options Participate in training sessions to enhance technical knowledge and support skills

Required Qualifications:



2years of experience in a customer service or help desk environment Must be good in computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech products Familiarity with ticketing systems and remote support tools Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

Salary Offer:

3000 QR

Pay: QAR3,000.00 per month
