Job Description

We're expanding our team and seeking a diligent , skilled and passionate Arabic Office Secretary to help us scale effectively.

Responsibilities & Qualifications:



Arabic / English S/R/W- fluently. Smart in answering telephone calls - taking notes - updating the SAIT employee who should take action - follow up with the SAIT employee if matter has been dealt with.

Familiar with ERP and Oracle portals.

Familiar with proposals and tenders.

Word / Excel / Power Point. Sense of Responsibility and commitment towards the company. Can create a daily schedules. Can prepare offers and letters. Can file documents properly. Can prepare for meetings and can take notes, then follow-up with Action Plans. Professional in the attitude. Punctual in attendance. Can join immediately.

Experience:

ERP and Oracle portals : 2 years (Required) UAE IT's proposals and tenders: 2 years (Required) UAE IT Companies : 2 years (Required)
Language:

* S/R/W Arabic & English fluently (Required)
