The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience operating one or more types of heavy machinery, including excavators, wheel loaders, graders, skid steer loaders, and compactors/rollers. Operators will play a key role in site preparation, earthmoving, roadwork, and material handling.
Responsibilities
Operate heavy equipment such as:
Excavators (345GC)
Wheel Loaders (950GC)
Motor Graders (140GC)
Skid Steer Loaders (Bobcat 216B3)
Compactors / Rollers (CB2.5GC, CS11GC)
Perform excavation, leveling, compaction, and material handling as per project requirements.
Conduct daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance.
Follow safety protocols and communicate effectively with supervisors and other crew members.
Ensure work is carried out to project specifications and timelines.
Requirements
Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience operating heavy equipment in construction projects.
Valid operator license/certification (as per local regulations).
Strong understanding of site safety and operational procedures.
Ability to read and follow site instructions, drawings, and grading levels.
Flexibility to operate different types of machinery if required.
