Diagnose and repair Caterpillar equipment, including loaders, excavators, and generators.
Perform routine maintenance services, including oil changes, filter replacement, and lubrication.
Troubleshoot and repair hydraulic systems, transmissions, engines, and electrical systems.
Utilize Caterpillar diagnostic tools (ET, SIS) to identify issues and perform repairs efficiently.
Inspect equipment to identify potential safety or operational issues and report findings.
Complete service reports, maintenance records, and parts requisitions accurately.
Follow safety procedures and use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
Test equipment after repairs to ensure proper operation before returning to service.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workshop and work areas.
Assist in field service repairs as required.
Communicate effectively with the supervisor regarding equipment status and job progress
