Job Purpose

The incumbent is responsible to load petroleum products, driving and delivering product to the customer through Company tanker trucks in a safe and efficient manner, ensuring integrity, quality, and safety.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES * Review and verify the tanker truck fuel advice note, delivery advice, tank truck registration, confirm the allocated site.

• Validate the provided journey management plan is suitable for the tanker provided by the shift planner, verify road permit available and valid to execute the scheduled delivery safely and timely.
• Confirm that the assigned tank truck is thoroughly inspected against the tank truck inspection checklist and has no mechanical defects or damage including tires.
• Check and validate fire extinguishers, warning triangle, first aid kit and spill kit items are in good condition for any emergency.
• Confirm appropriate adaptors, hose, couplers O rings are selected and carried for the allocated site are in good condition.
• Strictly follow the HETL-D tank truck loading procedure and safety guidelines before during and after tank truck loading operation
• Load the tanker truck according to the provided fuel advice note.
• Confirm the product grade, quantity and compartment is as per filling advice note,
• Exercise safe and defensive driving guidelines as trained while driving to loading locations enroute and to delivery locations.
• Comply with hazardous product transportation rules and regulations.
• Conduct safe decanting operation ensuring adherence to the company and customer procedures and guidelines.
• The Incumbent is responsible to conduct bunkering operation safely adhering to the customer, maritime and company HSE procedures and guidelines.
• Perform unique tasks such as acting as traffic marshal, taking vehicle for fitness test, degassing or periodic maintenance when required.
• Function as On Job Trainer to assist technical trainer to train new joiners when nominated.
• Perform tank truck loading and decanting operation in line with \xe2\x80\x9cno mix\xe2\x80\x9d system.
• Confirm the no mix system is functioning and the panel is responsive before conducting tank truck loading or offloading operation.
• Troubleshoot no mix system error as advised by the HETL- Distribution technical team.
• Confirm in the tablet that the correct FAN is uploaded in \xe2\x80\x9cLomo Soft\xe2\x80\x9d application.
• Acknowledge and confirm that the tank truck loading and delivery operation has been completed using \xe2\x80\x9cLomo Soft\xe2\x80\x9d application provided in the tablet.
• Competent and skilled to drive the newly launched truck and tankers as trained.
• Exercise ECO friendly driving techniques.
• Attend mandatory internal and external operational and HSE trainings as scheduled.

Communication * Report shifts planner/shift supervisor if the information provided on the filling advice note or delivery note is unclear.

• Inform the shift planner/shift supervisor if the permit and passes required to conduct the loading or delivery are invalid or not available.
• Communicate with shift planner/shift supervisor in case of any vehicle mechanical defect or vehicle damage.
• Responsible to report safety and quality incidents and near miss to the shift supervisor.
• Responsible to alert the HETL Shift Supervisor, terminal or customer representative if faced any issue during tanker truck loading or decanting.

HSEQ

1. Apply ENOC Emergency Response Plan and firefighting technique as trained in case of an emergency.

2. Ensure spill kit and fire extinguisher availability before loading and delivery.

3. Adhere to the UAE traffic rules and guidelines applicable to heavy vehicles.

4. Socially responsible by following the rules, regulations, and etiquette of ENOC.

5. Dispose hazardous waste as per company HSE waste management procedure.

Summary of key changes being made to an existing position: * Responsible to operate and maintain the cross over prevention (Nomix) device installed in the tanker during loading and decanting process.

• Responsible to operate the communication systems and onboard computer.
• Additional responsibility of online fuel loading and delivery confirmation in Lomosoft
• Skilled to perform tank truck loading in Fuel facts system at HEFD.
• Engage in skill development programmes assigned thru E-learning platforms.
