Build and maintain relationships with
residential communities, building management, and homecare referral partners

Conduct outreach to families and individuals seeking long-term or short-term homecare support.
Work closely with the operations team to ensure a smooth onboarding of new homecare clients.
Strategic & Sales Responsibilities
Develop and execute growth strategies to expand MediLife's market presence.
Prepare proposals, service packages, and partnership presentations.
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business.
Conduct market research to track trends, competitor activity, and new opportunities.
Achieve monthly and quarterly targets for lead generation and contract signings.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or related field.
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in business development or sales
, preferably in healthcare, homecare, wellness, or service industries.
Strong communication, networking, and presentation skills.
Experience in client acquisition for homecare or similar services is a strong advantage.
Confident, outgoing personality with the ability to build trust quickly.
Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable attending frequent external visits.
