We are looking for a healthcare IT Techno Pre-Sales Consultant (Subject Matter Expert \xe2\x80\x93 Healthcare solution) to support CNS plans to grow in the Healthcare IT industry. The Techno/Commercial Consultant is responsible for the following areas:
  • Assessing and selecting solutions for the CNS Healthcare Domain automation horizontal/domain.
  • Working closely with Sector Leader in products and partners positioning
  • Support in developing key partner relationships.
  • Evangelist of Healthcare vertical solutions.
The Pre-sales/Consultant will be viewed as a key resource in developing healthcare automation horizontal/domain solutions, supporting end customer proposals, key stakeholder relationship building, and the eyes and ears of CNS for developments in the Healthcare IT.

The ideal candidate for this role will have extensive technical (pre-sales and hands-on implementation) experience in hospital information systems, primary healthcare system, and referral management system experience coupled with strong communication and presentation skills.

:
  • Support and advise Clients in Medical Imaging/diagnostic/Automation Solution selection, assessments/optimizations.
  • Architect comprehensive Medical Imaging/diagnostic/automation solution that may include integrating several systems.
  • Orchestrating a complete workflow management system (PACS, RIS) and/or modules that provides an experience for scheduling, reporting, tracking and managing patients, exams, supplies and improves the administrative and clinical workflow of radiology departments in all sizes of hospital enterprises and clinics.
  • Medical Imaging/diagnostic solution demonstration to address prospect\'s management and technical teams.
  • Product positioning: Understanding prospect\'s segment, business focus, pain areas and articulating a solution that addresses each one of these to derive maximum business benefit and operational efficiency for the prospect; product functionality analysis, fitment / compliance and gap; positioning unique selling propositions; suggesting workaround available in the products to meet business process requirements; stake holders\' analysis.
  • Effort estimation for configuration / implementation of product considering the functional and technical complexity of requirements.
  • Plan implementation, maintenance and support cycle.
  • Proficient with deliverables from presales documentation to post sales implementation, handover and project sign off.
  • Communicate internally and externally via emails, reports and reminders to finalize the process in a timely and effective manner.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s or master\xe2\x80\x99s degree in public health, Biomedical, Healthcare IT, Healthcare informatics.
  • At least 8 years or more of healthcare solutions experience.
  • At least 5 years or more of Presales Experience in a Healthcare IT Company.
  • Advanced knowledge of vocabulary in use in Diagnostic Imaging.
  • Must have independently handled full-fledged techno-functional requirements of healthcare solutions pre-sales.
  • Comprehensive understanding and hands-on experience of healthcare delivery business processes at healthcare providers.
  • Good understanding of healthcare domain
  • Ability to identify required IT infrastructure to support imaging solutions.
  • Understanding of the data standards related to healthcare business (example DICOM, ICD 10, IHE, HL7, etc.).
  • Thorough understanding of various types of tenders; preparing tender technical responses; deviation from standard tender clauses and their compliance; RFP scrutiny for functional, technical and standards compliance; Fitment and Gap analysis; conduct pre-bid meetings internally; attending pre-bid meetings and clarification sessions with prospect; RFP response collation from internal teams.
  • Analytical thinking, problem isolation and solution, and negotiation skills.
  • Documentation skills.
  • Advanced communication and presentation skills.
