Job Description

Institute of Preventative Medicine are seeking a talented and results-driven Healthcare Recruiter with a proven track record of recruiting healthcare professionals in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing top talent to ensuring a seamless hiring process.

This individual will collaborate closely with department heads to understand staffing needs and will work to build a strong pipeline of qualified candidates, with a focus on healthcare roles such as doctors, nurses, specialists, and allied health professionals.

Key Responsibilities:



Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for healthcare professionals, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. Source qualified candidates using a variety of methods, including job boards, social media platforms, professional networks, and recruitment agencies. Conduct interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit for our clinic. Ensure that candidates meet regulatory requirements for healthcare professionals in the UAE. Collaborate with hiring managers and department heads to understand staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies. Maintain and update the candidate database and tracking systems. Coordinate and schedule interviews and assessments. Prepare offer letters, contracts, and all necessary documentation for successful candidates. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, recruitment best practices, and regulatory changes related to healthcare recruitment in Dubai. Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Assist in the development of recruitment marketing materials and employer branding initiatives.

Requirements:



Proven experience (3+ years) as a recruiter in the healthcare sector in Dubai. In-depth knowledge of the UAE healthcare system and regulatory requirements for healthcare professionals. Strong experience in recruiting a wide range of healthcare positions, including medical, nursing, administrative, and allied health roles. Excellent understanding of recruitment strategies, sourcing techniques, and candidate assessment methods. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously. Knowledge of labor laws and regulations specific to recruitment in the UAE. A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
