Healthcare Recruiter
Job Location : Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates
Responsibilities:
- Source, screen, and interview healthcare professionals
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates and clients
- Ensure compliance with licensing and credentialing requirements
- Coordinate onboarding and placement of new hires
- Bachelor's/ Master's in Human Resources or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the UAE as a Recruiter in the Healthcare Domain
- Experience in healthcare recruitment or talent acquisition
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with healthcare licensing and regulations (preferred)
