Job Description
Medical & Aesthetic Centre, a well reputed Medical & Beauty Clinic located in Dibba , is looking for a Female Receptionist Arabic Speaking . The role is responsible for the coordination of the reception desk, Patient services and facilities requests for the Customers. *Please attach cv with photo Role & Responsibilities:
- Must have at least 1year of relevant experience in Medical Clinic.
- She must have experience in handling all social media platforms & can write excellent content for Clinic advertisement.
- Managing incoming telephone calls and ensuring that all appointments are dealt with in a timely and efficient manner.
- Meet and greet all visitors & Patients in a polite and well-spoken manner.
- Provide administrative support as advised.
- She must be very fluent in English. (Arabic will be considered as plus point)
