Pioneer Engineering Consultancy is pleased to announce exciting new career opportunities to join our team in the United Arab Emirates. We are currently seeking qualified and experienced Healthcare Plannert to join our team
Responsibilities
Develop the
clinical brief, area program, room lists
, andadjacency matrices
; produce block & stack and department flow diagrams. Leaduser-group meetings
with clinicians; capture requirements and turn them into functional layouts andRoom Data Sheets (RDS)
. Embedcodes & guidelines
(FGI/HTM/HBN, NFPA 99/101, local authority) into planning decisions and drawings. Coordinate withMEP and medical-equipment planners
on clearances, shielding, gases, power, infection control, and pressure regimes. Driveinfection prevention & control (IPC)
strategies (clean/dirty segregation, flows, zoning) and patient/staff/material logistics. Maintain planning deliverables inRevit
(and room-data tools), ensuring consistent room IDs, parameters, and handover packages.Requirements
B.Arch / M.Arch
(or equivalent) with3-5+ years
on hospitals/clinics. Demonstrated work onfunctional planning
: adjacency diagrams, block & stack, RDS/room books. Working knowledge ofFGI or HTM/HBN
,NFPA 99/101
, and regional health-authority guidelines (e.g., DHA/DOH). Proficient inRevit
and a room-data platform (e.g.,dRofus
); strong Excel/diagramming (Visio/Miro/Bluebeam). Familiar withIPC principles
, clinical workflows, and coordination with MEP/equipment planners.ISO 19650 awareness
and basicCOBie/asset data
handling; clear written/verbal communication.Job Type: Full-time
