Oureng Studio is searching for an experienced
Healthcare Planner Architect
to oversee hospital and clinical space design for a leading healthcare provider in the Middle East. The ideal candidate will have significant GCC or international experience and strong familiarity with healthcare design regulations.Responsibilities
Lead planning and layout design for hospital and clinical spaces. Liaise closely with medical consultants, MEP engineers, and project stakeholders. Translate healthcare regulations and design standards into architectural planning. Deliver schematic, conceptual, and detailed planning aligned with GCC/international requirements. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to drive project execution.
Qualifications & Requirements
8-10 years
of experience inhealthcare planning/architecture
.GCC or international project experience
ismandatory
. Solid expertise inhospital and clinical space design
