This job holder will be responsible for managing the network of Health Care Providers keeping the quality and cost efficiency parameters in mind.

Operate the HCP Network within the allocated budget.- Ensure cost efficiencies are implemented in the day - to - day working of the department.
Customer Centricity
Acquire new providers in coordination with network committee and Head of Medical Claims.- Ensure that intermediaries and clients are informed about empanelment of new HCPs.
- Attend to and resolve customer concerns with specific network providers as per the time SLAs.
- Manage network provider to ensure optimum levels of customer service.
Internal Process
Empanel and update list of network providers as per the requirement of the business in line with the empanelment guidelines.- Liaise and interface with other verticals in the department to update on business and new HCPs.
- Ensure the Network management is operated as per the business guidelines, processes, policy terms and conditions.
- Ensure communication and control of fraud / abuse.
- Educate empanelled network providers.
- Maintain quality focus by proactively contributing to the QMS improvement cycle.
- Ensure implementation and maintenance of relevant management information systems, quality controls and DTPs.
- Ensure awareness of Quality Policy and Quality Strategic Objectives.
Learning and Development
Perform personnel management duties including performance appraisals, training and support recruitment.- Support team development through periodic review, mentoring counseling and feedback.
- Monitor performance of reporting managers and assist in goal-setting, budgeting and management.
- Develop and maintain strong awareness of local regional markets and the regulatory environment and share relevant updates with the team.
- Provide guidance to team members in day to day activities.
Requirements
Graduate degree in Para Medical Sciences is essential.- Additional Diploma in Health Management would be preferred.
- Min 10 years of experience in a similar role in the health services industry is essential.
- Strong knowledge of the insurance and the health care (primary, secondary and tertiary) industries.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, demonstrating the ability to convey business terminology that is meaningful and well received by all stakeholders, including customers and associates. Proficiency in Arabic is preferred.
- Strong inter-personal skills and ability to interact effectively with employees and clients at all levels and across different departments.
- Strong technical and commercial skills, with an ability to rationalise complex concepts and negotiate priorities for client requests.
- Self-starter with attention to detail and flexibility to handle diverse tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to plan and manage own time and several projects at once, delivering them to agreed schedules and communicating effectively.
- Ability to contribute to the collaborative spirit within the company and function as an active participant in a team environment.
- Develop original and innovative ideas and new approaches to solve problems. Ability to translate business needs and problems into viable/accepted solutions.
- Strong technical skills and commercial outlook.
- Advanced persuasion and negotiation skills when working with internal/external customers.
- Advanced skills in client relationship management and change management.
