Job Title: Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) Coordinator (Emirati Graduate) Job Summary: We are looking for motivated Emirati graduates to join our prestigious client's team as an HSE Coordinator in the oil and gas industry based in Abu Dhabi. As an HSE Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the health, safety, and environmental compliance within our operations. Key Responsibilities: Implement and monitor health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures in line with industry standards and regulatory requirements. Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and risks in the workplace and take necessary corrective actions. Develop and deliver HSE training programs to employees and contractors to raise awareness and promote a culture of safety. Coordinate emergency response drills and ensure readiness to respond effectively to any incidents or emergencies. Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses to determine root causes and implement preventive measures. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate HSE requirements into project planning and execution. Maintain accurate records and documentation related to HSE activities, including incident reports, inspections, and training records. Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes to continuously improve HSE performance. Requirements: Emirati nationality with recent graduation. Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health and Safety, Engineering, or a related field. Strong understanding of HSE regulations and standards in the oil and gas industry. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels. Analytical mindset with the ability to identify trends, analyze data, and develop insights to drive continuous improvement. Proactive and results-oriented attitude with a commitment to achieving HSE goals and objectives. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Relevant internships or work experience in HSE is an advantage.
