Health Insurance Coordinator (omani National)

Job Description

  • Study all the agreement of insurance providers.
  • Regular update of information to all the doctors, receptionist and pharmacy.
  • Preparations of excel statement for insurance and corporate as per their requirements.
  • Keep track of all the insurance mails and co-ordinate with concerned dept for reply and necessary action.
  • Organize and keep the insurance bill records till complete payment is received.
  • Keep soft copies of past six months excel statements.
  • Follow up the request for approval sent and inform the status of approval sent and inform the status of approval to concerned doctors on daily basis.
8. Submission of Pre Approval and follow up with the insurance. 9. Informing the approval and rejection status to the patients. Job Type: Full-time Ability to commute/relocate:
